Zoey is a Recruiter in Deacon’s Accounting/Finance Division. She was born in Northern Michigan. Zoey has lived in several States including Colorado and Tennessee. In fact, she attended University in Middle Tennessee, and has since relocated to San Antonio, Texas per her husband’s military orders. Prior to Deacon, Zoey worked in the multi-family housing industry with an emphasis in resident retention and event planning.

Among the many titles she holds, Zoey is the self-proclaimed, “Dog Mom” of the century and relishes any activity or outing in which she can bring her fur baby, Kilo. Zoey also takes delight in shopping at HEB, drinking fancy coffee, glitter, and hanging out with her husband, Caleb. She has a deep passion for life and for people, and feels she has finally found a career that allows her to enjoy both.

I love leadership’s appreciation for training and development. I have gained many transferable skills that can be applied to every other part of life, as well as future opportunities.

The close-knit relationships I have been able to build with like-minded team members. I couldn’t, and honestly wouldn’t do it if it wasn’t for them.
