LuLu was born and raised right outside of San Antonio in the town, Castroville. She officially moved into the city in 2018. She has her Associates degree in business and has about 1.5 years left of school to graduate with her Bachelors in Business Administration from Texas A&M University – San Antonio. While pursuing her education, LuLu has worked full time in the outdoor and digital advertisement industry within sales teams.

When LuLu first started out in shared services for the outdoor industry, she was recruited by a staffing agency. Since then, she has met lifelong friends and has seen what an impact Deacon Recruiting has made in the career paths of her colleagues. Just as someone was able to help place her in a role that would be the beginning for her career path, LuLu hopes she can do the same for someone else.

LuLu enjoys thrifting, playing sports, working out, going to local sporting events, traveling, and attending sneaker and vintage pop-up venues. She is ready to help the San Antonio community find their next career!
