Baillie joined Deacon in 2021 as an Executive Recruiter in the Corporate Services Division. She specializes in the placement of Human Resources, Executive Administrative, and Operational professionals.

Baillie was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She graduated from Texas State University where she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Relations and Mass Communication and a Minor in Business Administration. In her free time, Baillie loves to be outdoors surrounded by family, friends, music and her dog!
