Second Round Interview

Once a position IS available that matches your qualifications and career goals, your Deacon Professional Recruiter will contact you for a more in depth interview to discuss your goals as well as to brief you on the position. If you and your Deacon Professional Recruiter feel the opportunity would be a wise career move, the recruiter will schedule an interview and give you some helpful interview tips. Make sure to ask for a business card from your interviewer so that you may follow up that same day with a thank you card. Debrief

After the interview, you will need to contact your recruiter to discuss the results of the interview. Your recruiter will give feedback to the Client and help in coordinating future interviews if they are needed. |

Offer

When the match is right between Client and Candidate, an offer is made for you to accept…and it is all at no charge to the Candidate! |

After meeting the Candidate, should you be interested in moving forward in the process, a professional recruiter will check all references and debrief you on the results. |

We will be in constant communication with both Client and Candidate to ensure that issues like salary, benefits, and start dates are all negotiated through a neutral party. We can help make certain that you create an offer that will be accepted while maintaining parity within your company. We will also consult with the Candidate on preparing resignation letters, dealing with counter offers, and planning for relocation. |
