The Manager will join an experienced and professional team of 25 Nurses and additional support staff in a 17-bed unit that maintains a 70% average daily census. The Center is one of only 14 in the nation to receive grants from the NCI to expand its research, supportive care and outreach programs, and the Hospital has been recognized as a Thompson-Reuters Top 100 in the nation and one of the best workplaces in the region. The Hospital is located in a metropolitan area that offers the full spectrum of opportunities in education, culture, and leisure activities.

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree, an RN license, and be Chemotherapy certified. In addition, 3-5 years of management and supervisory experience in a busy inpatient setting is required, preferably in an Oncology unit. Most importantly, the Manager must have the leadership and communications skills necessary to keep a large, dedicated and extremely collegial team focused on the quality of care the patients receive.
