Candidates must have a Bachelors degree, an RN license, and be Chemotherapy certified.  In addition, 3-5 years of management and supervisory experience in a busy inpatient setting is required, preferably in an Oncology unit.  Most importantly, the Manager must have the leadership and communications skills necessary to keep a large, dedicated and extremely collegial team focused on the quality of care the patients receive.

Candidates must be CMD certified with significant and current experience with Eclipse TPS (additional experience with CMS is preferred, but not required.)  ARRT certification is also preferred.
