We are currently recruiting an experienced Cancer Center Administrator for a permanent, full-time position with a Hospital in the Northeast. The Administrator will take over the leadership and daily operational oversight of a brand-new (October, 2010), $130-million, 155,000-square-foot comprehensive Cancer Center. Reporting to the Medical Director, the Administrator will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the delivery of patient care, overall project management, strategic planning, performance improvement and achievement of department goals.

Candidates must be a graduate of a NLN/AACN accredited program, have a Master’s degree and RN licensure, and a minimum of 10 years of Oncology experience with a focus in Radiation Therapy. A minimum of 3 years of senior leadership experience in a Hospital-based Cancer Center is also required, with significant hands-on experience needed in developing operating and capital budgets, establishing and maintaining quality management programs, maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies, and assuring the continuous quality of patient care.

The Administrator will lead an internationally renowned program offering the highest levels of care, innovation and research at one of the nation’s largest Hospitals, the first to receive the ANA’s Magnet Award for Nursing Excellence.

Oncology RN Manager (6902)| Wisconsin

We are currently recruiting an experienced Inpatient Oncology Nurse Manager for a permanent, full-time position with a Hospital in Wisconsin. The Manager will join an experienced and professional team of 25 Nurses and additional support staff in a 17-bed unit that maintains a 70% average daily census. The Center is one of only 14 in the nation to receive grants from the NCI to expand its research, supportive care and outreach programs, and the Hospital has been recognized as a Thompson-Reuters Top 100 in the nation and one of the best workplaces in the region. The Hospital is located in a metropolitan area that offers the full spectrum of opportunities in education, culture, and leisure activities.

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree, an RN license, and be Chemotherapy certified. We are currently recruiting a Oncology Nurse Quality & Accreditation Specialist for a permanent, full-time position with a Hospital in Massachusetts. The Quality & Accreditation Specialist will fill the challenging and exciting role of leading the quality initiatives of a progressive and expanding Cancer program, both in developing and implementing the Center’s internal clinical practice guidelines and performance improvement initiatives, as well as maintaining external credentialing and accreditation relationships with the ACS and ASCO QOPI, among others.

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Nursing and either possess or be eligible for a Massachusetts RN license. OCN certification is strongly preferred, along with proficiency with HIS systems such as Meditech. In addition, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including 2+ years in Oncology.. Experience working with the ACS Commission on Cancer Standards is also preferred.
