Responsibilities of the role:

The Urgent Care Manager is responsible for assisting in the further development of the Urgent Care business as well as the day-to-day operations and patient flow of this department in multiple locations. This position will work closely with the providers and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care as well as hold responsibilities for business development.

What are we looking for:

Experience managing a medical office and team in a fast paced setting
Strong Leadership skills – history of managing a diverse clinical team – staff and providers
High level clinical comprehension – certification or degree in a clinical field is preferred
Business savvy – experience with handling a budget, daily operations/schedules, revenue cycle, etc.
Business Development experience
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
Excellent computer skills – EMR Experience Preferred
Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
Spirit of Community Awareness
Bilingual a plus
