Vice President of Operations for Upscale Multi-Unit Restaurants

VICE PRESIDENT of Operations – Multi unit Restaurants
NEWLY CREATED POSITION IN SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS

  • 80% of this job is ensuring front-end operations
  • This includes customer satisfaction, ensuring all systems in place are consistent throughout each restaurant, implementing procedures.
  • Providing training videos for each employee on site
  • Process improvement  and build the current teams.  Good to great
  • Candidate must be able to understand the business side of it (such as budgeting, scheduling, systems) as well as the people-side (front-end operations)
  • 20% of this job will be the new restaurant development side (including identifying new sites for building, all back-end and real-estate expansion

 COMPENSATION: Very Competitive Compensation package and provide relocation assistance

 IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Prior experience as a Regional District Manager for a full-service restaurant and is ready for the next career step
  • Must have multi location experience
  • Must be strategic
  • Full-service restaurant experience
  • Smart and understand the nature of this business inside and out
  • Familiar/comfortable working in an entrepreneurial based environment
  • Leadership skills (provide examples of how they helped develop their teams)
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment
  • Process Improvement

MANAGEMENT:

  • This person will oversee 2 District Managers, 1 Corporate Dining manager and 1 Corporate Trainer
  • Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to build teams
  • Position reports directly to CEO
