THIS POSITION HAS BEEN PLACED

Job Description:

• Enter and review all fixed assets and related monthly transactions, ensuring a timely monthend close
• Keep organized and detailed supporting schedules and subledgers
• Assess all processes for efficiency opportunities
• Maintain the fixed asset module, including all property tax information
• Provide weekly capex reporting for review by senior management
• Assist with the annual property tax review, annual financial statement audit, quarterly reviews, and SOX control testing
• Conduct account analyses and maintain monthly reconciliations
• Effectively communicate with senior management and exercise flexibility in delivering on ad hoc requests
• Supervise staff and other duties as required

Requirements:

• JDE/Fixed Assets experience
• Financial accounting experience
• CPA or public accounting experience a plus

Compensation: $25 Hour (This is a temporary position)
