In the wake of a social media explosion and near economic implosion, Deacon Recruiting and Deacon Professional Services have strategically enhanced our local, regional and national business. The Deacon Health Care Division, which specializes in Radiation Oncology, is experiencing tremendous growth placing professionals both in the US and UK. The Accounting and Finance Division continues to grow year over year. Accounting Recruiter, Alicia Zuniga was named “Rookie of the Year” by the San Antonio Association of Personnel Consultants. The Professional Services Division which specializes in project based has expanded services to include C-Level assignments.
The Deacon Companies were truly resilient in 2008 and look forward to another year of strategic growth in 2009 with Abigail Erwin at the helm as our new company President. Abby will be bringing the Deacon operations up to lightening speed with the implementation of a new database platform, SendOuts, which will allow our recruiters to source the most qualified candidates and provide exceptional client services from across the nation on their handheld devices and home computers!
We are proud to announce that this year we will expand our Accounting and Finance Division to a national practice as the result of an ever expanding network and increased demand from the market. This division places professionals and executives in Audit, Tax, Finance, and Accounting positions.
Deacon Recruiting and Deacon Professional Services is one of only a handful of firms across the country that has recently been given accreditation by the National Association of Personnel Consultants. I will personally be contributing to the National Association this year on the Board of Directors as the Chair of the Annual Conference in Las Vegas.
