Job Duties:

• Establishment of policies and procedures for hiring, training and recruiting purposes
• Implementing metrics to measure performance of employees
• Strategic planning and sharing thoughts and ideas/making recommendations to CEO

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or 7+yrs of experience
• Management experience

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a huge plus

Compensation:

• up to $120k +
