Part-time | Graphic and Web Designer | San Antonio, TX | Technology Industry

Our client is seeking a part-time, team-oriented individual to fill the position of Graphic and Web Designer that will work under the direction of the Director of Marketing. The qualified candidate should possess the ability to process information logically, to design online and offline marketing material, maintain and continually update our website and design marketing collateral pieces such as brochures, sale sheets, etc.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Updates and manages the design elements on our website ie) web properties, landing pages, Flash banners

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain web site applications and content

• Develops and designs new creative concepts for various company, product and brand related materials including but not limited to: interactive ads, logos, data sheets, brand and product related ads (print/online), brochures, and invitations

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Expert proficiency in the latest versions of graphic design software, including, but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Dreamweaver and Flash products.

• Expert in HTML and Java Script

• Must be a self-starter

• Excellent attention to detail

• Able to update and create new ideas for our website and marketing material

• Working knowledge of graphic design software programs, techniques, and tools

• Knowledge of printing process, including papers/inks, and how to accurately deliver files for print and web

• Must be able to work under tight deadlines and high paced work environment

 

EDUCATION

• 3+ years advanced graphic and web design experience

• Bachelor’s degree in commercial art, graphics art or design, or equivalent experience

• Demonstrated experience with web design and multimedia implementation

 

COMPENSATION
