Title: Business Development (Sales)

Qualifications:

• Ability to identify business opportunities and drive profitable new business
• Develop an extensive network of contacts and/or relationships
• Research and develop an in-depth understanding of your territory
• Plan strategically
• Strong consultative selling skills
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong follow-up skills and solid relationship management skills

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of solid business to business sales experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of success in sales and extensive cold-calling / prospecting
• Prefer Bilingual

Compensation:

• $50-55K base ($25K guarantee bonus 1st yr)
  1st yr potential $85K – 2nd yr $100K++
