Job Description:    

• Report directly to the Chief Legal Officer
• Work very closely with the entire legal department
• Oversight of Accounting, Budgeting and Forecasting and full P&L responsibility
• Ability to create value and support cost optimization
• Vendor Management
• Manage Legal Department Training & Education Programs
• Contract negotiations
• Complete Facilities Management responsibilities
• Oversight for IT
• Overall responsibility for the entire Legal Operations
• Implement policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Degreed, prefer MBA
• Certifications are preferred, such as CLM or CPA
• Minimum of 8 years experience, including 2 in management
• Must have been in a similar position with a large corporate legal department or large law firm

Compensation:

$120K depending on education | background | experience
