Job Description:

• SOX responsibilities
• Prepare margin tax returns
• Core responsibilities are 10Q and 10K reporting
• Managing accounting team including payroll, accounts payable
• Oversee the month-end reporting and all accounting activities

Requirements:

• CPA required
• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance required
• Management experience required
• Work well under pressure and attention to detail

Compensation:

• Contract-to-hire role
• $70-80k base + bonuses on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis based on individual performance
