Job Title: SEC Reporting Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for all SEC filing requirements and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance to GAAP
• Acquisition related due diligence
• Special Projects
• No direct supervision but significant process supervision
• Research
• Hands-on position

Years and Type of Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of solid SEC reporting experience
• CPA required
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with all levels of management
• Ability to manage multiple assignments
• Reports to VP/Controller

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Compensation:

• Base salary up to mid $90k’s depending on experience
• Full health & welfare benefits and retirement plan
• Bonus potential
