Job Description:

Develop, oversee and lead the strategic sourcing and procurement processes
-
Manage and build supplier relations
-
Make operational changes and be responsible for improvement efforts
-
Develop department goals and oversee progress
-
Enhance key processes and procedures for department
-
Report savings and performance metrics
-
Network within organization to ensure that all sourcing opportunities are exploited for optimal savings
Requirements:
-
MBA or equivalent experience, and/or CPM certification
-
15+yrs experience in purchasing, contract negotiation and competitive price analysis
-
Strategic understanding of the procurement marketplace
-
Proven ability to build and develop individuals
-
Experience with centralized and decentralized purchasing models
Compensation: Base salary to $185k+
