Title: Departmental Data Analyst                               

Job Description:

• Responsible for analysis of monthly revenue cycle reports
• Develop methodologies for extracting data to perform reports
• Participate in report design and development
• Review reports, identify trends, and conduct root cause analysis
• Prepare data presentations and written reports to summarize data findings and or recommendations for process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree – analytical field such as finance, accounting, statistics, mathematics, or computer science
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and understand complex data structures
• Project management experience, including system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation preferred
• Understanding of physician billing process, systems, and data warehouses highly desirable
• Advanced skill level in spreadsheets, databases and Internet software are needed for this role.
• IDX experience a plus.
• Experience with Epic software a plus

Compensation: 45k+ depending on experience
