Job description:
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Receive all clients visiting the company offices
- Maintain and update client information in database
- Manage the office set-up for new employees
- Control inventory for office supplies
- Special projects-as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Perform duties with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
