Title: Front Desk Coordinator

Job description:

  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Receive all clients visiting the company offices
  • Maintain and update client information in database
  • Manage the office set-up for new employees
  • Control inventory for office supplies
  • Special projects-as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Perform duties with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook

Compensation: $10+ hr
