Job Description:

• Manage an accounting department
• Fast paced environment with constant deals and special projects
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audit, tax etc.
• Broad based accounting position  

Job Requirements:   

• 10 years accounting experience in the commercial real estate industry
• CPA required
• Must have supervisory and management experience with at least five direct reports
• Leadership experience (minimum of five years)
• Outstanding communication skills

Compensation: 

• base to $150k, plus bonus potential
• 401k
• Relocation assistance available
