P/T Front Desk Coordinator

 

Act as the company representative for a busy, professional firm. Perfect position for college student wishing to gain professional experience.

 

Job Responsibilities:                   

  • Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls
  • Rotate general calls, emails and website contacts
  • Maintain and update information in company database
  • Reformat and scan documents
  • Import information to database
  • Process daily correspondence, mail, testing, reports
  • Maintain office and kitchen inventories
  • Other special projects which may be assigned from time to time

                             

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • Proficient with Telephone Systems and Office Equipment
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Receptionist and/or front office experience a plus
  • Experience in the recruiting industry a plus

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
