Senior Manager – Call Center
Are you a seasoned Senior Manager looking for a great opportunity with a growing, national company?
- This high level management position will be responsible for strategic planning and decision making in addition to interacting, coaching and mentoring 100+ call center employees
- Ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple direct reports and many indirect reports, 3+ years call center experience, ability to work in a fast-paced, conservative work environment and be a forward-thinking, strategic team player
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- $70-85k DOE and very competitive benefits
