Exciting opportunity with a stable, San Antonio-based financial institution!

• Respond to inbound phone calls from customers
• Process simple to complex transactions
• No cold calling!
• Some sales skills are required
• Series 7 and 63 required
• FINRA Series 65, Texas Life & Health licenses and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC)/Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designation preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of investment industry products and services
• Process knowledge of investment accounts, including retirement
• 1+ years of directly related customer contact experience and/or relevant internal product proficiency
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
