Seeking a talented individual for newly created position
IT Director will report to CFO of a fast-growing $44M non-profit company. Looking for the right person to join team who has strong motivational and work skills reinforced by a strong commitment to servant leadership principles.
The ideal candidates will posses the following: – Comfortable with a medium-sized company structure. Non-profit background is ideal. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, Outstanding Project Management, analytical & problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge and work experience using MS Dynamics 10.0 (GreatPlains) accounting software, FRX, Sharepoint, SQL required.
A proven track record of performance. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Superior computer skills.
BSdegree desired. 5-7 yrs experience as IT Director required. IT Director will have one staff member (network administrator)

Performed as an I.T. Federal Practice Manager for Hewlett-Packard. Reached the level of Practice Principal 2 where I led multi-site I.T. classified programs with site managers under my direction at each site. Total I.T. service experience is 27 years with 18 years in a management capacity. Have earned an MBA (3.4/4.0), speak English and Spanish. Accepted early retirement from HP in May 2007.
