Local company seeking energetic payroll clerk!

This payroll dept processes checks for 16k employees in 42 states; 30-40k checks per month, 85% of them paper!

Must have a strong payroll background.

The ideal candidate will be well rounded with HR/AP/AR or benefits experience.  The ability to learn quickly and ”hit the ground running” is a definite bonus for this position.  The company is searching for a happy and positive individual who is eager to learn, possesses strong customer service skills,  is detail oriented, a multi-tasker, and a team player for a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary to permanent position.
