Job Description

• Responsible for providing overall HR leadership for the organization
• Oversee development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Risk management
• Compensation and staffing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
• 15+ years of HR experience
• Prior manufacturing experience required
• SPHR preferred

Compensation: Up to $115K depending on education and experience
