    Allow me 20 consecutive days with the Corporate Legal Organization, to Strategically Plan the HR Initiatives, like Pro Bono work, for the public good, and time to seek outside theatrical vendors, in building a harmonious and tolerance work environment, by enhancing the policy and procedures of the Corporate and HR Organization, in the areas of Employee Relations and Total Rewards, to fairly and equally awaken the mind and body of the HR Organization, the heart and soul of the Corporate Organization. On the 21st day, I will present and conduct The First Wave of “The Illumination of Conscience in Human Resources.” To be observed by the Corp. Legal Organization, witnessed by the Sr. Members of the Corporate Organization, and the Employees of the HR Organization. Through examples in words and actions, will you come to know and understand, “The Illumination of Conscience in Human Resources,” in compliance to Federal, State and Local HR Laws, based on honesty and respect, trust and loyalty of an employee, the Top Secret Ingredient (TSI), of the Corporate and HR Organization, like that of The US Government and The Coca Cola Organization. You can rest assured; the mind and body, and the heart and soul, of the Corp. Legal Organization will remain silent, during the enhanced internal evaluation and orientation process, of “The Illumination of Conscience in Human Resources.”

    With the approval and full support of upper Sr. Management, I AM able to accomplish great goals. The greater support, the greater I AM able to accomplish, through “The Illumination of Conscience in Human Resources,” in recruiting and retention, based on evaluation, in the balance of work and life of an employee, classified like the movie ratings, G, PG/13 and R; On Sexual Harassment and Sexual Orientation, Cannabis Usage (CA Health Code 11362.5 (a) The Compassionate Use Act of 1996), Religious Observances.     The passion of the Corporate and the HR Organization is within my heart and soul. Unfortunately, it only took me 47 years and 9 years ago, to find my calling in life’s career in HR. Honestly, I do not possess the formal and prestigious educational credentials such as you and/or with other candidates (AA/BA/S/PHR). But only possess a Certificate Program in Human Resources: Benefits and Compensation from Cornell University. Step by Step Guide to Supervising Employees from the American Management Association (AMA). With 9 years life experience in HR, 12 years of Office Administration, and adequate understanding of Six Sigma Methodology.

    Desired annual total benefits and compensation is $77,700, or comparable honest earnings to that of a Vice President or Director, of the Corporate and the HR Organization, and bilingual in Tagalog.
