Job Description:

• Establishment of policies and procedures for hiring and recruiting purposes
• Strategic planning and sharing  thoughts and ideas and making recommendations to the Vice President of Operations
• Creation of cross-training initiatives to ensure employee success

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Prior experience in the implementation of policies and procedures
• Must be creative and innovative
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Compensation:

• Up to $60K depending on education and experience
