Title: Sales Development Manager

Job Description:

• Monitor training needs of sales force to enhance product knowledge, increase market understanding and educate sales force on current and new products and develop selling skills
• Partner with internal business units (marketing, HR, etc.) to identify specific sales force job performance requirements, training needs, and business priorities
• Facilitate and conduct sales training programs (i.e. platform training)
• Conduct regular field visits to identify sales training needs
• Develops sales courses by incorporating best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field.  Master’s Degree preferred
• 5+ years of sales experience, including delivering platform training programs
• Requires prior experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries
• Passion for training
